I was never notified the second rack was not available nor would it be and was given a refund. The refund was not for the full amount or for the shipping fees I was charged. I was inconvenienced because I now have an odd polish rack i can't find a second to. I didn't get a full refund and the seller only cares about positive reviews rather than making this right.
