When I inquired about shipping they wrote back " this is the first time you have contact me about this" ( or something very close to that) . Confusing but it was 10 days between pay and send. Too long in my opinion . The item was impeccable ,extremely great condition perfect and brand new! A little more communication would have made it perfect.
