This is a fantastic eBay seller, the item arrived but did not work due to shipping damage. I contacted him and within a short time he refunded me the entire amount. That is above and beyond good customer service!!! Packaging was excellent, accurate description and good value.

The cases of the Sencore's are subject to damage ... thin steel sandwiched between plastic.
