I contacted the seller and they readily offered an apology and a partial refund as we were beyond the return window. Given that we were able to use some of the strings from the box, I felt that was a fair compensation. So I am revising my original review to add that their customer service is terrific and if there s an issue, they resolve it quickly and fairly.Govee 100ft RGBICW Permanent Outdoor Lights Elite, White (#235812225012)
