The shipping turnover was insane, my package arrived in the middle of a snowstorm AND earlier than expected. The package was triple packed with bubble wrap. The device was in much better than expected quality for a "Used / Quality Grade C" unit with scratches on it. For the price, I certainly got it at discount. The seller immediately refunded my second accidental purchase no questions asked. A+
