I often use recycled materials when shipping my items, and will continue to do so. If there had been an issue with this buyers order, I would have been happy to work with them to resolve it, but they opted to leave me feedback instead of contacting me. I package every item with care, and treat my buyers, as well as their purchased items, with respect.
