Then I saw the cushion was a different color from what I ordered. I reached out to the seller and Customer Sup Rep, Mia promptly replied. I understand, they can't control the delivery. The cushion is reversible, but was sealed tightly so I couldn't see the underside. I didn't want to open anything just in case I had to return, but all is well.
