Gamers who begin the Slingo Quest find themselves faced with two modes of play and a variety of puzzles to solve. "Classic" play involves matching numbered tiles on the board with the number on the spinner to clear all the pieces and advance to the next level. "Quest" mode includes 50 levels and bonus rounds located in a tropical setting. Each round in the "Quest" has five goals that must be completed before moving on. Players who accomplish each goal are awarded with a gold star. Power-ups including devil protection, free spins, cell super jokers, and secret keys are used to increase the overall score, ward off evil money-stealing spirits, open bonus areas, and unlock extra spins. Throughout the game, players must complete basic 5x5 grids as well as more difficult 7x7 layouts.
