Installed easily in a Dell Inspiron compact desktop (mini tower) running Windows 11 Home, detected automatically by the OS, so no hunting for drivers was necessary. Works well with my serial peripheral. One drawback is the lack of a full height bracket - I'll have to modify a full-height slot cover to fit the card, but I accepted that when I ordered it, so no stars subtracted.

The only thing I didn't like was they automated messages. I had to reach out to them about my order and recieved an automated response first, and then got an actual response. Would recommend.
