I completely "missed" the two well packed parts in the bottom of the box and inadvertantly threw the box away. I messaged them, and got an immediate, very professional response, confirming all parts were packed. I went to the trash can and my parts were there...just like they said!!!! After, the seller offered to look for the parts, used, he could sell instead which I agreed to purchase.
