I messaged them about the shipping delay and was told two business day which is no issue however it shipped on the 3rd or fourth day instead. I accidently had the wrong shipping address, and was able to contact them, and they were able to fix it without issues. They called me back, then called me back to assure me the address was changed and the package was shipping to the correct location. Great customer service, great product!
