After a few messages back and forth with the seller, they were able so ship them out to me. water going in is 120ppm TDS and coming out at 2 ppm at a flow rate of 2.2gpm on a active 2.0 pressure washer. It would be zero if I changed the nozzle size to .9 form 1.1 to drop the flow to 2gpm or less but I like the extra flow and anything less than 25ppm is spoless.

My package was not delivered it was stolen and when I reached out to them they immediately shipped a replacement item. Everything went smoothly. I use this water purifier and I need to replace the filter every 2 months. The hardware stores sells the same product for the same price as this company. The difference is this company sells 6 replacement filters and stores sell 3 for the same price. You will definitely get your money's worth.
