Basic analog/digital tests showed clear sound both on tx and rx. Seller also included a new antenna and a used IMPRES battery as-is. The battery would hold a charge but cannot deliver enough current for Tx even after reconditioning. Battery turned out to be e-waste and should probably not have been included in the package.
