Then told me the item should have arrived but if not to contact them and they would do what they can to help. So I told them they hadn’t arrived and asked for the tracking details but got no reply again so had to get my money back through eBay. It’s a real shame, all the feedback was good except one neutral that had pretty much the same thing happen as me. Hopefully it was just a one off as they have great feedback.
