Have purchased great value custom sized foam from them twice now - both times the foam came well wrapped, excellent quality with accurate cutting at the exact measurements I gave. This purchase was for soft foam which was dispatched quickly but I didn’t receive it. I reached out to the seller after a couple of weeks. They had been told the foam had been delivered (it had not), their excellent service meant a new batch was a sent out immediately - it arrived today. Very happy.
