Shipping was very fast, however the box was damaged and the core was bruised, not bad enough to return, just bad enough to be frustrating. Patrick was very understanding and prompt with his communication, so I felt as if my concerns were taken seriously. Had there been the need for return, that would have happened without challenge. Highly recommended vendor.
