Please when ordering you need to ascertain which area you live and the of postage. If the postage is more we will have to charge you more for postage otherwise, you will have to collect your item at the royal mail deport or office. When you don't go out there to their office you would think its delayed. Particularly when you have a tracking number.

Yes, it was an honest mistake of a member of staff sending the expired box, which was accepted immediate as soon as it was identified and apologised to the promising to bear the cost of return and replace the item box. On recieving the return buyer had taken to himself 16 bottles of what he said was expired item. not one bottle, 16 bottles without communicating with the seller.I believe that is dishonest and not straight forward in his dealings
