The seller was prompt and when my original item mistakenly wasn’t available in the color I ordered (black), they immediately messaged me to see if I was okay with a different color. I cannot tell if they have ever been used, they are in "like new" shape. The sound is indistinguishable from the set I bought new in 2018. This item was shipped promptly and was well-packaged, as the seller had thoughtfully protected the original product box inside a secondary (plain) cardboard box with inflatable cushioning. At this price, it's a deal I feel very satisfied with. Thank you!
