From the time I first had questions they were very responsive, got back to me quickly, and we had a deal. The unit is EXACTLY as described, and at a great price! It was packed super securely, well enough to withstand a bomb. Shipping was fast, it actually arrived about two weeks early. A real pleasure to deal with them, and I certainly would do business with them again. THANK YOU!

The seller used more than enough packing material to keep the item safe if handled correctly. Seller was contacted and shipped another unit at no cost that arrived unharmed. I would definitely buy from the seller again. Also, both times item arrived early and shipping was cheap.

It was an open box item as was clearly evident by the battery being taken out of the shrinkwrap (the torn packaging was still inside the box) and left installed in the remote control.
