However, this seller is an Amazon seller and delivery is via the Amazon delivery service which is absolutely useless. The parcels get left somewhere near your house but never near your door. I found one delivery abandoned in a flowerbed and this latest delivery was just left on the roof of my car by the delivery driver. I won’t shop here again because delivery is pitifully poor.

The outer package was flattened and soft balls were outside the package and inside the envelope, but I don’t mind because the item arrived in perfect condition and fitted inside my mailbox. Great seller, recommended. The softballs are ideal to keep limescale away from the deposit of DeLonghi coffee machine. I am using softballs all the time and replace it every 3 months. Effective, although a bit pricey and a bit of limescale still builds up in deposit.
