I contacted the seller about it, and he explained the manufacturer does that to make sure all the packets/pieces are there. Wasn't even mailed until 8/1 and arrived 8/4, 2 days after the birthday I needed it for. Terrible communication. Changed the date to accept returns to 7/30, 2 days before he mailed it. People like this shouldn't be allowed to sell on ebay!
