I had just been to GalaxyCon and the same photo, hand signed on the spot without COA was $160. Current price on any fan web site is comparable so if I was looking to but again this is definitely a deal. I did have to pay additional customs fee to the ones already included in the postage fee, leading to delays in the delivery of the item, but this is not down to any fault from the seller or EBay.
