I had interaction with seller but the outcome was favorable in my opinion a partial refund was offered on item but it should have been offered on the shipping cost as well because that was greater than the price of the item especially since it didn't arrived as described which was new and the seller shipped . And seller stated the hot weather might have been the cause.

It got here in record time, was well packaged, and is just as the picture. I was actually VERY impressed with how fast my pen was shipped. I definitely recommend this seller, and will be heading back to their store's page to perhaps shop a bit more. Lol. I found that their pricing was definitely reasonable.
