From enquiry to ordering to receiving the tankard took no time at all. I had no worries that what I would receive would be different to what I wanted either. It also came in a great box that was very fitting to the items that are for sale. I definitely recommend this Ebayer and will be keeping his details for further purchases. Towel in glass so you could see it clearly. Many thanks
