Absolutely no issues - was offered discount, free replacement etc. The damage was to the stand so I stated would be happy with replacement stand - lo and behold complete replacement received today . Excellent customer service and the item itself (damaged or not) looks great exactly as described

How this situation was handled was a credit to the Seller. I really appreciate been given options including a full refund. However, I decided to wait a bit longer, which the seller really appreciated. The item did arrive safe and sound a week later, so no refund was needed.
