The three Sonatas for viola da gamba and harpsichord were composed during his period at the court of Frederick the Great, when the use of the viola da gamba was becoming increasingly less common in many countries.     The DVD came in a bubble mailer and was new like it was advertised. It took about a week to arrive through the mail. The price was higher but I have not been able to find this DVD anywhere so it was okay. Shipping was included in the price and it was new, so not so bad. Thank you!
