Hoppa is a good brand BUT packaging from the Supplier is disappointing - with one end almost fully exposed - meaning part of the frame is ‘bashed’! Thankfully the trolley is useable BUT more care should definitely be taken by the Supplier, as this trolley is not cheap to buy!

Had to receive the faulty one back first so the whole procedure took approx two weeks. The replacement I wasn't 100% happy with as the lining inside didn't completely cover the bottom. However I didn't have time to wait another 2 weeks for another replacement, and as this was my only issue I decided to keep it. Highly recommended definitely use again, really good customer service thankyou
