The description did not say that the box wasn't included. The reason I bought the glass was because it came with the box and it was a gift. I contacted the seller and they never responded. The pic was misleading. Seller shouldn't have the box in the pic if it isn't included. My description was for a Waterford Tall wine w/ Platinum band, and never said it included the box. You could have sent a message asking if the box was included and you did not.
