The packaging was not secure; it was not placed in a padded envelope or box so the cd snapped into pieces when it was in transit. I messaged the seller and they sent me another without hesitation. This time, the packaging was super secure. It arrived even faster than the first too. Im very happy despite the mishap. My cd is great and just as described:)

Why not include the jewel case? Yes, it was listed as being in bad shape, but having that would've been better than me now having to spend another $20 to buy my own (you can't just buy one). When shipping costs more than half of the item's price, the seller really should include everything that's clearly in the description.
