Contacted seller and his response was sorry, sold as used. There’s a big difference between used and damaged. Item had major cracks on front , top and wheel tower wobbled. I buy a lot off EBay as used but this is the first that came damaged as well. She knew that the Ferris wheel was used. It worked great when I sent it. The Ferris wheel was fine and there was no crack when it was shipped. Apparently she must have manhandled it when taken it out of the box.
