Fits Latitude 5420 which I picked up used. Latitudes 5420/30/40 are notorious for having pieces of paint falling off the body, leaving black spots on silver coating. The skin is for cosmetic purposes, it (mostly) restores top lid to its original condition. The set includes the skin for top of the lid (including around and inside the Dell logo) and the palmrest (part of it, below the keyboard).

My skin was packaged in a cardboard envelope that got partially torn in shipping. Luckily, the tear just barely touched the skins inside the package, and no real damage was done.
