They refused any claim since there was not insurance purchased to protect the shipment. I had purchased an insurance policy from Allstate. After 2 days of trying to file a claim I could get no response. In reading the policy, they exclude shipping damage. I have contacted EBay for a refund once the light is restored due to a damaged shipment. It was poorly packaged, tight at both ends and too small
