They asked to cancel my order because they "accidentally" listed it twice. They also tried to tell me that the item didn't work. The listing said that the remote was bad but it just needed to be paired. I discovered that they sometimes list the same items twice using two different eBay accounts. They did ultimately deliver my order and shipped it promptly, but I do question their competence and trustworthiness. Seller grade: C

Although the description stated the unit was refurbished, it was packed so well that it made me feel it was brand new and never opened. The quality is everything I was hoping for and more. For as little as $100, you can't go wrong. The TV has a beautiful appearance. I recommend this seller.
