I wasn't asking for a new one but they were generous and sent me another one out to me. Thats great customer service you dont see anymore so I thank you very much!

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day. I’m still waiting for the catch….GLOW PLUG FOR PART M87919 Y-103V (#235424587152)
