They were gracious until they sent me three woofers one after another, the wrong models, and ALL damaged on the sides from the worst packaging imaginable. Then they disappeared after saying their team were contacted to immediately solve my issue. Anybody need woofers?

Box arrived damaged and the end was open. Luckily all parts remained inside. Zero preventive measure take. On shipping. I would not recommend this seller. They did respond to messages and I was lucky to get my purchase undamaged so I have to leave a positive feedback.

Box was pretty damaged but item inside was fine. Excellent price and looks to be quite sturdy. I did share pictures with seller on how the box arrived and did get a really great response.
