I really like them! I like the design, materials and craftsmanship. For the price? -- They are a steal! As for fit, they work only for the smaller of my hand ax heads. I have one on a 1950 National pattern, Offical Boy Scout ax by Plumb. (If you know the head, that's a tiny little thing). They're not quite large enough for a standard camp ax. Might just be mine, dunno.

Great cover for my Estwing type hatchet and it will protect my other gear from the sharp edge I put on this hatchet. Now I can store it piece of kit in my SUV for emergency situation and for camping! The perfect camp companion for my hand saw!
