Once it's mounted, put the bolt through the right way, it has to be bent back over the bolt and mounting area. If you have an oem light that you are replacing you can see how it's bent over. It's bright in the daylight so I'm sure when I check it tonight I'll be happy. I may order another and mount it on the drivers side for complete underhood coverage. It was a reasonable price and arrived quickly.
