When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day. I wasn't asking for a new one but they were generous and sent me another one out to me. Thats great customer service you dont see anymore so I thank you very much!
