Two (2) of the packages inside the box were slit open like a razor blade went through them. Shipping was slow. I sent the seller a message 5 days after ordering these items since they hadn't been shipped; seller did ship them later that day. Unfortunately, it took another 7 days to arrive (not seller's fault).

The item is brand new as promised.It is a good value because shipping is free, which is a plus! The box was dented but the product not affected. The item came fairly quickly. I realize that shipping hair color can be a challenge--this item is a replacement for a previous product from a different seller; it arrived crushed & leaking because it was shipped in a shipping envelope instead of box.(Post Office claimed responsibility.) But very happy with this item!!
