      I received item and it would not power on. I am not surprised given how it was packaged. I communicated with seller trying to work out. Seller sent a second item. Both used Motorola radios XLT 1500. The second item appeared in worse shape than the first, it would not power on either. I asked for refund seeker wants me to ship to them but won’t provide shipping mechanism which forces me to come out of pocket to ship two items that don’t work then to get a nominal refund. I have lost trust

      radios were both in working order and powered on before shipping out the guy then claimed that the first was beat up because of packaging and the box it came in was "beat up" never sent any pictures as i requested but i gave him the benefit of the doubt and sent him another free of charge he then said this one didnt power on either and said he had it hooked up to 14.4 volts when they are 12v radios i then offered for him to send them back and he didnt want to pay return shipping
