Packaging damaged when arrived but luckily the blind itself was ok. Two marks on the material when blind down but seller did offer a slight discount because of it. It’s not too obvious when open so will live with it. Would buy again.

Instructions were pretty useless and we needed some time to figure out how the blind fit onto the brackets properly!! Once we discovered this though, it was very easy. I’ve wanted one of these blinds for ages and I’m not disappointed!

I messaged them explaining I had a bit of urgency with my order as I need it for my little girl's room , we were decorating it for her 5th birthday , they were responsive & my product was dispatched and received in perfect conditions within 2 days .
