Fantastic seller, EVRi didn’t deliver, seller contacted EVRi to get re delivery again EVRi didn’t deliver. Seller went above and beyond, reprinting my order and posting with Royal Mail which I have now received. The seller made a loss due to EVRi’s rubbish service. My item arrived quickly the quality of the paper and value is great for the price. Communication with the seller was excellent I didn’t want it personalised to anyone in particular, and so I requested just ‘ Happy Birthday’ this can then be used for gifting to many people. I am glad it was only wrapping paper though as royal mail had crushed the protective tubing and thus the wrap is now creased but thats not the sellers fault that's royal mail being lazy and not taking care with the protective shipping tube
