Great quality and condition was like brand new on this DVD drive. Appearance was immaculate couldn't even find a scuff on the face plate or body of the drive. Manufactured fairly recently as well. Great value and will buy again if I ever find a need for more disc drives!

Customer service, like the service this seller gives, is a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this seller on customer service alone. That said, the item is as described!
