Item was quickly dispatched, but got lost in the post. After 10 days I sent a message asking if I should wait a bit longer before marking it as lost. Seller said “we would’ve expected it to arrive by now, we’ll send out a replacement immediately”, and I got it in 2 days. Speedy! Thanks to the seller - sorry for the issue with the postal service, and thanks for being so nice about fixing it!

Not that bothered as it’s just for my personal use, just a tiny bit disappointed in the condition. Bought from this seller many times though and always very happy, so no biggie.
