The condition of the unit is sterling. I am a plumber by trade and had a couple of things to adjust under the sink prior to installing. Average homeowner might not have been able to make the adjustments (re-routing sink drain). My options were to adjust or return product. Glad I kept the G3P800. Works very well. The unit looks GREAT under the sink!

The filter works even better than we expected-the water is noticeably softer, cleaner, and has no smell at all. The improvement in water quality was immediate and exceeded our expectations. Customer service was also excellent. Mia and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful, professional, and quick to respond. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

Took me about 45 min only because the people who built our new house put the hot in the cold pipe and vise versa. Overall very happy the UV filter leaks a bit but water drop sent me a new one. Including the cost of drilling a hole in my granite it was an absolute steal buying a refurbished item and looks and works brand new. This is my second product from water drop I had their gallon water filter before and have been waiting until I could afford this one. Def worth the wait

At first, there were some delivery issues—the initial shipment got lost in transit and never arrived, which I believe was more of a FedEx problem rather than the company’s fault. Thankfully, the company was very responsive and understanding. They quickly arranged a replacement shipment, and I was able to receive it without any problems.
