THEY BLAMED THE DISTRIBUTOR AND SAID IT WAS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR COMPANIES NAME YOU WILL TAKE CONTROL OF THE PROBLEM!! I PAID OVER $15 FOR THESE PENDANTS ( NOT URNS ) AND WHEN I MESSAGED THEM THEY OFFERED ME A $3.60 REFUND!! AFTER SEVERAL MESSAGES THEY FINALLY OFFERED A FULL REFUND IF I RETURNED THE ITEMS, BUT BY THAT TIME I HAD ALREADY THREW THEM OUT!!! THEY STILL HAVE IT TITLED CAN BE OPENED!! LAZY & WASTE OF MONEY!!
