The batch I got was better than the last batch; the area above the zipping mechanism is firmer and stiffer, not floppy and weak. The shipping was fast and free, which is always good.

Packaging very protective (fat sealed bubble wrap, sealed envelope) Appearance is NOT MS-70 quality with letter speckling on Obverse (same issue as first coin) and 1/10th size hairline ghost scratch on reverse) but great condition. Seller can be short in chatting. Value is fine, no negotiation, prices are firm.

About 25% of coins were from the 1990s.
