I communicated with seller trying to work out. Seller sent a second item. Both used Motorola radios XLT 1500. The second item appeared in worse shape than the first, it would not power on either. I asked for refund seeker wants me to ship to them but won’t provide shipping mechanism which forces me to come out of pocket to ship two items that don’t work then to get a nominal refund.
