Shipping was completed very quickly, and the packaging around the unit was excellent. The Kawai GB-4 arrived in what I consider new near condition, which is better than as described in the posting. The power supply was damaged in transit, and the seller went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. This is a high value addition to my home studio. The Seller responded very quickly & was ready to help either find a solution or help with a return. Either way, he was committed to make it right. With some guidance I was able to fix the issue. Awesome customer service. Quick to respond. Followed thru on every action he promised and in the time frame he promised as well. In a 5 star rating he would deserve a 10.
