I was so surprised when I received an additional 1 without having to prove anything. I am so very grateful! I work in an office building with 7plus Govt agencies. To say that I was thrilled that the matter was solved within a very short period of time, is more than I can express. Now, ALL the water filtration systems will go thru this GREAT seller. For the price, and customer service!!
